To prevent PKL back to occupy the location again, Abdillah said, his side will open all drainage cover in the area. Moreover, the drainage will be normalized in near time.

Andi (27), a trader said that he has been selling in place for a long time and has difficulty getting a place in the market.

"We can see the parking lot in the market has been crowd by traders, thus we selling here, and pay fees," he told.
